For the inhabitants of planet earth living in germany reading this: Don´t worry. I did not travel back in time to the year 2011. Instead i decided to use the more commonly used date format of yy.mm.dd for my blog.
I started this site a few weeks ago because i felt that i wanted to display some of my relatively young work (calling it work because, you know, everybody is calling the stuff they do work. So i do as well ;) I bought my camera just a few years ago. 3 it is i think. And i bought, guess what? Yep. A Canon 600D. Boooooooooooring you might say. Yes indeed. It was a totally logic decision. I did a little bit of research and had a certain amount of money to spent. A good friend of mine had a 600D already and i had the opportunity to play around with it and i liked it. So that was that. For the readers totally new to photography: The 600D is the most common entry DSLR. It is not the cheapest, but it is not expensive as hell. It takes decent photos and has all the controls you want to get into the matter. You can control shutter speed, aperture and iso all independently and that is what it´s all about wehn you learn how to shoot. It is shot at ultra high frame rate and helped me a lot to understand whta is going on inside my DSLR:
